- 1 / 5By My MyUnfriendly rude staff. About a year ago I went on to get my tires changed left the car there they told us we could go and once they were done we would get a call. Never called we went it at about 7-9pm to check on the car and we find it in the parking lot by the tire service center with all the doors open and no keys, luckily we had a spare. Went in the next days to check for the keys over at the service desk and said they lost them because OVIOUSLY to us they were LOSt as we had no idea of there location a rude worker then proceeded to scream at us "THEY DIDNT LOSE YOUR KEYS" absolutely unacceptable! No one followed up and a manager by the name of Cindy did apologize but that's it. Bottom line is it was a horrible service with rude employs, very unacceptable. I would give it 0 stars if I could.September 25, 2016
